The difference between a good player and a dangerous player is the ability to finish chances.
This program builds that player.
Each 60-minute session is built around volume, quality, and confidence in front of goal. Players will get high-repetition finishing work in realistic game situations — first-time finishes, one-touch finishes, both feet, different angles, and pressure moments.
The goal is simple: help players become more composed, more confident, and more dangerous when the chance comes.

Speed, Agility + Small-Sided Games

This program builds the player who can move quickly, compete hard, and make plays when the game gets fast.
Each 60-minute session combines soccer-specific athletic training with high-energy game play. Players start with 15 minutes of speed, agility, and strength work, then move into 45 minutes of competitive small-sided games designed to maximize touches, decision-making, attacking moments, defending, fitness, and confidence.
This is not boring conditioning. It is fast, competitive, game-like training that helps players move better, play harder, and enjoy the game.

Common Questions
What ages are the programs for?
We offer two age groups: ages 9–11 and ages 12–14. If your player is slightly outside that range, reach out and we can help place them in the right group.
Are the programs for boys or girls?
Both. All sessions are coed.
Can my player sign up for more than one session?
Yes. Players can sign up for as many sessions as they want based on their schedule.
How much does it cost?
Each session is $40 per player.
Are these drop-in sessions?
Yes. Players can book individual sessions that work for their schedule. Space is still limited, so players should reserve ahead of time.
What programs are available?
Players can choose from:
Speed, Agility + Small-Sided Games — speed, agility, strength, fitness, and high-action small-sided games.
Finishing — high-repetition finishing, ball striking, weak-foot work, and game-like scoring situations.
What experience level is required?
The sessions are best for motivated players who are ready to train hard, compete, and improve. Players do not need to be elite, but they should be coachable, focused, and ready to work.
How do I pay?
Sign up through the form and you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment information.
You can pay by Venmo or bring cash to training.
What if a session is rained out?
Sessions run rain or shine when conditions are safe. We only cancel for lightning, unsafe field conditions, or extreme heat.
Cancellations are unlikely, but if one does happen, we’ll do our best to find a make-up date that works for the group.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds within 7 days of the session date.
